A guide for young people to help them grow in confidence as they navigate the sometimes perilous journey into adulthood. Packed with true stories, shared experiences and simple tools to help teens scramble out of life’s quagmires and walk confidently towards a life rich with God’s promises.

We are created in God’s image and have the potential to live a full and joyful life. So, as we head into adulthood, why does it all feel so overwhelming? We doubt our abilities, question our beliefs, worry about our image, and fear making mistakes. No one understands us and the world becomes a lonely, confusing labyrinth.
