The Westminster Assembly of 1643 to 1649 produced three documents of lasting value to the Church: The Westminster Confession of Faith, The Larger Catechism, and The Shorter Catechism.
The Larger Catechism is a manual of doctrine that sets out in depth the beliefs of the Christian faith in accordance with the Westminster Confession of Faith. A clearly set out series of questions and answers with biblical proofs will prove invaluable in understanding not only what we believe, but why we believe it.
